Silver Comet Trail Bridge closure extended after rains

The Silver Comet Trail Bridge over Noses Creek in Powder Springs will remain closed another month after heavy rains delayed repair work.

The wooden bridge has been undergoing maintenance for damaged supports and overgrown trees. It is now scheduled to reopen after March 20.
