Happy to report the CLT is in much better shape, less root issues. Piedmont has mitigated much of the root issues in the same fashion as Cleburne County, & Jacksonville. There is care needed from mile marker 9 to about 22, as the size of the milling teeth is much larger and creates deeper gouges in the asphalt, for small sized tires. Bottom line is a cleaner ride for 33 miles from Stateline to Michael Tucker Park.
