We used pedal assist bikes in April 2024. We are planning a trip for April 2025 and one of the potential riders with us has an e-bike with a throttle. What is the rule on the Silver Comet and Chief Ladiga regarding throttles? Thank you.

I sent an email tonight asking if class 2 are allowed since it meets the requirements mentioned above of not exceeding 20mph.
