Is Dallas a good starting point to ride the trail east and west?
How would we get on the trail at Dallas? Is there good lodging nearby?

West for more wilderness (forested) ride.
East for more commercial / subdivisions etc. ride.
Hotels are East of Dallas in Hiram.
These are near HWY 278 north of the trail.
Near MP# 14 & 17 about 1/2 mile North.
